How this submission fits the theme - The main character, Todo, is metaphorically trapped by himself in a world of death and depression. As he is the only one who knows when everything will die, but can NOT tell anyone.

Inspirations - Undertale, Omori, and Minecraft.

Story - 

[001 - Menu Dream] - Menu Theme

[002 - A Blurry Dream] - The MC(Todo) wakes up from a blurry, but seemingly familiar dream.

[003 - Good Morning] - Todo gets ready for the day, doing chores and cleaning himself up.

[004 - Followed By Death] - Todo receives his daily greeting from DEATH... Where he is told who is going to die today, and when. He is reminded that telling anybody will result in the death of everyone. As carrying this information is a heavy burden, Todo is left in his own world of sadness. With nobody to relate.

[005 - Koichi] - Hearing that his good friend Koichi is going to die today, Todo rushes to check on him. To then find Koichi spending his time with his wife, and watching his kids.

[006 - He's Gonna Die SOON] - DEATH crawls up behind Todo and whispers into his ear that Koichi is going to die in 5 minutes. And describes just how. Koichi will be shot in the face by his neighbor and his children and wife will go missing. This information leads Todo to rush home in tears.

[007 - Back To My Dream Escape] - Todo tries to escape his life's troubles by simply going to sleep.

[008 - You Can't Escape ME] - DEATH rips into Todo's dream to lock him in forever torment. (You know, just for fun. 😜)

[009 - MY NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE] - Todo is tired of DEATH, so he challenges him to a battle to the DEATH. To try and escape this NIGHTMARE and break out of his depressing little world. To be FREE.

[010 - Forever Adjourned] - After Todo becomes free of death, he is hit by a truck. Releasing his soul to HEAVEN. To be finally FREE.
